The story is about how past relationships affects the life of two families and people related to them. Tabinda and Umer Hasan are now heading families of their own separately but once they were part of each other’s life, due to some misunderstanding they part their ways. Umer married the daughter of a business man while Tabinda married a rich man and is now taking care of his business as he’s disabled. The story takes a turn when both meet while Tabinda goes to Umer’s house for his daughter’s proposal for her step son. Umer’s daughter Rameen and Tabinda’s son Shazir are madly in love with each other, when Umer denies for the proposal Rameen even she tries to attempt suicide. The news of suicide gets attention of media as it was spread by Tabinda to defame Umer. Umer helpless before Rameen, begs Tabinda to accept his daughter. After that Tabinda plans to take her revenge from Umer’s daughter and agrees for her son’s marriage to Rameen. Tabinda plan is going as per her plan to create misunderstandings. But eventually she is creating problem for herself that will result in loss of her own family

The story revolves around the girl Rameen who lives with her aunt as her parents died when she was young. She involved with her cousin Saim but her aunt Sabiha decides to get her married to Faris who belongs to well-off family and reason behind is that she doesn’t want people to perceive that she married her to his son due to her properties and wealth. Rameen agrees to marry Faris because of her aunty while Saim got shocked on her decision. Rameen gets married to Faris but he faced an accident after which he went in coma. Rameen has now become a nurse for him but at the same time she wants to stay committed to her husband. Story takes a twist when Rameen fall for Saim again, after considering Faris died.
